The ordered products will be sent to the address indicated by the customer. The delivery to the customer of the products covered by the order will be made by a courier. No responsibility can be attributed to the company Ozio Piccolo Studio Tessile by Falli Simone in case of delay in the delivery of the order. Any taxes and customs duties will not be charged to the customers.
RETURNS
Return requests must be received within 3 days of receiving the goods. The return must include the original packaging and labels. Only new and unused products are allowed for return. We reserve the right to refuse the return of those products that do not comply with the requirements. No returns or refunds are allowed for products on sale.
It is the customer's responsibility to return the goods to the address indicated, and ensure that the package is insured in case of loss or damage. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
You will be notified when the return is received and processed. The return will be processed within 10 business days.
HOW TO RETURN
If you want to return an item purchased online:
1. Contact us by sending an e-mail to info@oziopiccolostudiotessile.it within three days of receiving your order;

Your order may not be accepted if the selected model is out of stock, if we are unable to obtain payment authorization or if we identify a product or pricing error. If we are unable to fulfill your order you will be notified by email. Only after receipt of payment can the order be satisfied.
